Who is the Careful Bible Student?
Paul tells Peter to carefully handle the word of God. The Careful Bible Student searches the whole Bible for God’s truth looking for clarity and confirmation.
We are not careful Bible teachers, since Jesus warned us not to call ourselves teachers, fathers, or leaders. Instead we are servants helping all who would become Careful Bible Students to study God’s word.
Those love truth will love the Careful Bible Student. The truth condemns those who reject God’s word. The truth sets Christians free.
The Careful Bible Student has been online since 2009.
Quick bio
Andrew Horn has two advanced degrees in Computer Science and Biblical Studies. He teaches operating systems, programming languages and project management at Columbia College. He leads weekly Bible studies for adults and students at his church.
Andrew has worked as a computer consultant for decades but now focuses on writing and teaching.
He has published five books since 2009 (available on Amazon.com).
Andrew lives with his wife Sarah and their two children in the forests of central Missouri.
